NL Göktürk

A large-scale residential development located within one of Istanbul’s most scenic forest landscapes, designed to establish a strong connection between architecture, nature, and contemporary living. The project includes a diverse mix of residential blocks, villas, duplexes, and landscaped communal spaces integrated across multiple plots.

The design approach focused on maximizing openness, green views, and outdoor living experiences while creating a balanced masterplan that combines residential comfort with lifestyle-oriented amenities. Extensive landscape integration, water features, and carefully planned circulation networks were developed to enhance the overall spatial experience and sense of community.

This project was developed during my time at Bunni Studio in 2022.
